Respondent PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to sanction educational loan to the petitioner for perusing M.B.B.S Course tuition fee (2020-2021) to the tune of Rs.19,50,000/- as per the certificate dated 29.06.2021 issued by the college of Aarupadai Veedu Medical College and Hospital, within the stipulated time frame fixed by this Court. Mr.Pala. Ramasamy, learned Standing Counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondent.

2.Let me not keep this writ petition pending, since the relief sought is to disburse or rather to sanction educational loan. A quick decision in this regard will have to be taken by the respondent and they must inform the petitioner on or before 03.12.2021 whether they are in a position to sanction the educational loan or otherwise they can inform the petitioner as to the requirement of documents, which are necessary for such sanction. It is purely an internal matter between the petitioner and the respondent, who will have to sit across the table and settle it between themselves. Interference by this Court would only escalate the issues.

3.Therefore, the petitioner may directly visit the respondent branch on or before 30.11.2021. The documents required may be informed to the petitioner by 03.12.2021 and thereafter, the parties may proceed further with application by either sanction of the loan or claiming any further requirements by sanctioning the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4.With the above observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
