To call for the record and set aside the judgment and conviction passed by the Hon'ble Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, (Fast Track Court), Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur in Spl.S.C.No.23 of 2019 by the judgment dated 03.05.2023 and acquit the appellant herein.

Order : This criminal miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.D.RAJABOOPATHY, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.SAKTHI KUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- 1/3

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side).

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, would submit that the petitioner is abiding the condition from 28.02.2024 onwards. 3.Considering the above said submission this court is of the view that it is a fit case to modify the condition and hence, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court once in a month (i.e) on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal.
