Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to forward the pension paper of the petitioner in pursuance to her super annuation on 31.7.2007. For Petitioners : Mr.D.Muruganandham, Additional Government Pleader.

learned counsel appearing for the respondent/writ petitioner. 2.This review petition has been filed to review the Judgment made in W.A(MD)No.467 of 2014.

3.We have perused the grounds raised in the review petition and we find that the petitioners having failed to point out any error apparent in the grounds of review petition which appears to be grounds of appeal. It is a settled legal position that review petition is not an appeal in disguise and thus, we are satisfied that no ground has been made out to entertain the review petition. Hence, this review petition is dismissed.
