ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 303(2) BNS, in Crime 1/3

No. 379 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the two wheeler bearing Registration No.TN 09 AV 3704 is found missing in the respondent police station, which caused an accident in Crime No.195 of 2024. Hence, the complaint. 3.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the nature of allegation that the petitioner involved in theft of motor bike and also considering the fact that he is having four previous cases to his credit, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
