O R D E R

The instant writ petition has been filed by the legal heir of the deceased pensioner seeking a Mandamus to direct the fourth respondent to forward the petitioner's Family Security Fund Proposal to the first respondent, without insisting upon the original Pension Payment Order.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the original Pension Payment Order of her mother has been misplaced and on her death she is eligible to receive the Family Security Fund. The fourth respondent has to forward the same to the first respondent for disbursal of the said amount. However, the fourth respondent has not forwarded the same on the ground that the original Pension Payment Order has not been enclosed. 2/5

3. The petitioner herein is directed to enclose the Xerox copy of the Pension Payment Order, so that, the fourth respondent can forward the same to the first respondent. The first respondent is directed to verify the genuineness of the said Pension Payment Order and proceed to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above said observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
