This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking speedy disposal of Cr.M.P.No.1516 of 2022 pending on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputtur. 1/3

2.When the case came up for hearing today, 17.10.2022, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondent would submit that the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur had disposed of Cr.M.P.No.1516 of 2022 on 11.10.2022. A copy of the said order has also been furnished by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor before this Court.

3.In the light of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
