The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents herein to secure the accused by issuing Look Out Circular against the accused/G.Vetriselvam in STC.No.1675 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvaiyaru.

2. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that already NBW is pending as against the accused/ G.Vetriselvam in S.T.C.No.1675 of 2016.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances, the Inspector of Police, Vaduvur Police Station, Tiruvarur District, is directed to execute the Non Bailable Warrant (NBW) as agains the accused / https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10523 of 2018 G.Vetriselvam, in S.T.C.No.1675 of 2016 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
