The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the first respondent police for the offences under sections 406 and 506(i) of I.P.C., and Section 66A of Information Technology Act, in Crime No.not known of 2019, on the file of the file respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. But then, till date no FIR has been registered. But a complaint has come against the petitioner. CRL OP(MD). No.14103 of 2019 amicable resolved. Therefore, the first respondent is directed to restrain to arrest the petitioner. The petitioner is directed to appear before the first respondent on 10.10.2019 and 11.10.2019 at 10.30 a.m. The first respondent is specifically mandated to resolve the issue amicably. If the first respondent intends to register an First Information Report against the petitioner, the first respondent shall issue notice under Section 41 A of Cr.P.C. to the petitioner. This arrangement is directed so as to give breathing time to the petitioner to move this Court for the relief. 3.Subject to these directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
