PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to transfer the investigation in Crime No.388 of 2022, pending on the file of the third respondent Police to any other independent agency or C.B.C.I.D Officer under the direct supervision of the first respondent and further to file the final report in the said case within a reasonable time period to be fixed by this Court.

O RDER Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police Police would submit that during the pendency of this petition, the investigation has been completed in Crime No.388 of 2022 and on completion of investigation, charge sheet is also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai and the same was not taken on file.
2. In view of the above, the learned Judicial Magistrate VI, Madurai, is directed to number the charge sheet within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and proceed with the trial.
