This civil revision petition is filed by the petitioner to strike off the suit in O.S.No.72 of 2016, pending on the file of the 1st Additional District Munsif Court, Kuzhithurai, Kanyakumari District.

2.Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the tenure period is over and as such, nothing survives in the suit and in this revision petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
