By order, dated 11.12.2024, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the case within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2.The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.13336 of 2025, dated 15.10.2025, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further six months time to comply with the order, dated 11.12.2024.

3.Considering the request made by the Learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli, time is extended further for a period of six months.
