ORDER

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner states that during the pendency of the writ petition, the Government considered the case of the writ petitioner and dropped all the charges in G.O.(2D) No.524, Revenue Department, dated 01.10.2015. 2.In view of the fact that the writ petitioner has already been exonerated from the allegations, no further adjudication is required and accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous. No costs.
