ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed by a Junior Assistant working in the respondent University, challenging the order of suspension dated 27.12.2018, wherein she was suspended in contemplation of departmental proceedings.

2.The petitioner was issued with a charge memo and after enquiry, the enquiry report has also been submitted. The petitioner was issued with a second show cause notice to submit her explanation. The second show cause notice was put to challenge by the writ petitioner in W.P(MD)No.21390 of 2024. This Court by an order dated 15.10.2024 had directed the writ petitioner to submit her explanation on or before 18.11.2024.

3.In view of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.21390 of 2024, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the order of suspension at this length of time. However, it is made clear that the respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and pass final orders on or before 28.02.2025, in case, if the petitioner submits her explanation as directed by this Court in W.P(MD)No. 21390 of 2024. In the meantime, the respondent is directed to disburse the subsistence allowance as per the Service Rules applicable to the Anna 2/4

University within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
