ORDER
The Civil Revision Petition has arisen against the dismissal order passed in the application filed under Section 10 of CPC in I.A.No.1179 of 2015, vide order dated 21.09.2015.
2. The Trial Court, taking note of the fact that there was a direction by this Court to dispose of the suit within a period of six months, has dismissed the application filed under Section 10 of CPC. It appears that now the suit is in trial stage. Therefore, in such peculiar circumstances, without going into the merits of the matter, this Court is inclined to dismiss the Civil Revision Petition, however, with a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible.
3. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed with a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the suit within a period of six (6)
months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
