ORDER

This writ petition has been filed directing the respondent No.1 for issuing 'NOC' to the respondent No.2, subsequently the respondent No.2 to cancel the above bogus sale deed Doc.No.7577/2008 dated 20.06.2008 and Doc.No.7578/2008 dated 17.07.2008 from the registration department including EC.

2. The Registering Authority has no power or jurisdiction to cancel any document which was already registered, therefore, the petitioner have to move to the Civil Court for any appropriate remedy, therefore, the prayer sought for in this writ petition cannot be granted as itself devoid of merits. Hence, this writ petition is accordingly dismissed. It is

made clear that the petitioner is at liberty to move to Civil Court for any appropriate remedy. No costs.
