Prayer: This Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to take effective steps to get the Gift Deed registered in favour of the fourth respondent from the fifth respondent regarding the area earmarked as 25 feet breadth public road running North-South between Plot Nos.34 and 36 in Lakshmi Nagar layout which is formed in S.No.46/2 situated at Nanjikottai Village, Thanjavur District based on the petitioner's representation dated 29.09.2015. ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed for a mandamus directing the respondents to take effective steps to get the Gift Deed registered in favour of the fourth respondent from the fifth respondent regarding the area earmarked as a public road in S.No.46/2 situated at Nanjikottai Village, Thanjavur District.

2.According to the learned counsel for the fourth respondent, the gift deed has already been executed as prayed for in the writ petition. Hence, nothing remains to be adjudicated.
