ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to call for the records in Crime No.36 of 2022 on the file of the 1st respondent, District Crime Branch Police station, Thoothukudi, Thoothukudi district and quash the same.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Thoothukudi and the case was taken on file in C.C.No.911 of 2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
