O RDER This petition is filed by the petitioner / defacto complainant seeking for earlier completion of investigation in Crime No.70 of 2022, dated 10.05.2022.

2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner / defacto complainant that on a complaint given by him, a case in Crime No.70 of 2022 was registered on the file of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 447, 427, 294 (b), 341, 419, 420 and 506 (2) IPC and delay is occurred in completion of investigation, therefore, sought for suitable directions.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that the respondent Police have completed the investigation in Crime No.70 of 2022 and filed a final report before the concerned learned Magistrate and closed the FIR as "Mistake of Fact" on 07.08.2023.

4. Since the investigation has already been completed, no further directions can be given. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as infructuous, however, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the concerned Judicial Magistrate 2/4

Court and file appropriate petition, in case, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the investigation of the Police.
