ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking Mandamus to direct the third respondent to withdraw the Look Out Circular issued against the petitioner, for being arrayed as accused in C.C.No.205 of 2016, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Karur. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the criminal case against the petitioner herein ended in acquittal, by order dated 06.10.2018, and therefore, the Look Out Circular issued has been withdrawn.

W.P.(MD)No.14077 of 2018 3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submits that as on date, the respondents 1 and 2 have not received any intimation regarding withdrawal of Look Out Circular and if such intimation is received, they will record the same.

4.In the above said facts and circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. The withdrawal of Look Out Circular shall be again intimated to the respondents 1 and 2, for record purpose.
