Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's Mercy Petition dated 03.11.2017 within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court and directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service in the post of manager. ORDER

The present writ petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent to consider the Mercy Petition of the petitioner, dated 03.11.2017 and for a direction to reinstate the petitioner in service in the post of Manager.

2. Mr.N.Dilip Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 7 submitted that the Mercy Petition of the petitioner, dated 03.11.2017 was rejected by the proceedings in Ref: HRW IRS DP MDUC 1841 2019 dated 17.05.2019 and he has also produced the copy of the rejection order.

3. In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the said rejection order, dated 17.05.2019. No costs.
