(Order of the Court was made by R.Vijayakumar, J.) The present review application has been filed by the appellant in W.A.(MD)No.1252 of 2014, seeking to review the order dated 15.12.2014.

2. The review applicant herein had applied for the post of Village Assistant and he was issued with an appointment order on 2/6

15.09.2012. The said appointment order was challenged by the first respondent herein in W.P.(MD)No.15206 of 2012. This Court, by an order dated 05.08.2014, had allowed the Writ Petition and directed the authorities to provide employment to the writ petitioner therein. Challenging the same, the review applicant had filed Writ Appeal in W.A. (MD)No.1252 of 2014. Even while the Writ Appeal was pending, the authorities have issued a proceeding on 01.10.2014, complying with the order of the writ Court dated 05.08.2014 by appointing the writ petitioner.

3. The present review petition has been filed on 07.12.2015, contending that employment seniority ought to have taken into consideration for granting on order of appointment. The grounds of review proceeded on the basis that the petitioner could also be accommodated, considering the seniority in the registration of employment exchange. This cannot be a legal ground to be considered in the review application. Arguments advanced are nothing but re-arguing the writ appeal. There are no merits in the review application. 3/6

4. Accordingly, the review application stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
