O R D E R

The order of suspension, dated 09.02.2015, issued by the second respondent, is under challenge in the present writ petition.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner states that during the pendency of the present writ petition and during the existence of the interim orders passed by this Court, based on the another set of allegations, once again the writ petitioner was placed under suspension.

3. This being the factum, the impugned suspension order https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ dated 09.02.2015, passed by the second respondent, is lapsed and no

further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.
