KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that both the petitioners died. However, so far steps have not been taken to implead the legal heirs of the deceased petitioners.

2. In view of the above, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
