ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A9, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 120-B, 341, 294(b), 302 of IPC, in Cr.No.347 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to enmity with regard to the temple 1/3

festival, the petitioner and other accused are said to have waylaid the defacto complainant and his brother and attacked the brother of the defacto complainant with deadly weapons and murdered him. Hence, the complaint. 3.Heard both sides.

4.Considering the nature of the offence that on account of enmity due to the temple festival, all the accused conspired together and waylaid the deceased and attacked him with aruval resulting in instantaneous death and also considering the allegation against the petitioner that the accused confessed that he only arranged the weapons for them, this is not a case for enlarging the petitioner on anticipatory bail. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. sd/- 03/09/2024 / TRUE COPY / /09/2024 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.
