Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to set aside the Order passed in C.M.A.(C.S.).No 88 of 2009 dated 08.10.2012 confirming the Order passed in Na.Ka.6268/2008/saba dated 22.04.2009 by Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies Tiruchirapalli dated 22.04.2009 ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.R.Manimaran, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.P.Thambidurai, Government Advocate for the 2nd Respondent, this Court made the following order: This petition is filed to withdraw the amount that was deposited to the credit of C.M.A.(CS)No.88 of 2009 on the file of the Principal District Court, Tiruchirappalli as per the conditional order of this Court in M.P.No.1 of 2013 in C.R.P.(MD)No.1529 of 2013 dated 26.09.2013.
2. By virtue of the order dated 26.09.2013, interim stay was granted on condition that the petitioner deposits a sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand only) to the credit of C.M.A.(CS)No.88 of 2009 on the file of the Principal District Court, Tiruchirappalli, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that now the Civil Revision Petition was partly allowed and disposed on 08.06.2023. Hence, the present petition.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the second respondent would submit that he has no objection to allow this application. 5.Considering the submissions on both sides, this petition is allowed and the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the amount that was deposited to the credit of C.M.A.(CS)No.88 of 2009 on the file of the Principal District Court, Tiruchirappalli along with the accrued interests and costs, if any.
