O RDER This petition is filed by the petitioner / A1 seeking for earlier completion of investigation in Crime No.232 of 2023, dated 26.05.2023, on the file of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 447, 427 and 379 IPC within the time stipulated fixed by this Court.

2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner / A1 that on a false complaint given by the defacto complainant, a case in Crime No.232 of 2023 was registered on the file of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 447, 427 and 379 IPC and delay is occurred in completion of investigation, therefore, sought for suitable directions.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that the respondent Police have completed the investigation in Crime No.232 of 2023 on 07.07.2023 and filed a final report before the concerned learned Magistrate and closed the FIR as "Mistake of Fact" and RCS Notice was also served on the defacto complainant.

4. Since the investigation has already been completed, no further directions can be given. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of.
