ORDER
This contempt petition has been filed to take contempt proceedings against the contemnor for non-obedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.1664 of 2024 dated 31.01.2024. 1/4
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that at the time of enquiry, the petitioner's son has given statement that his father in a drunken mode, used to take loans by pledging the documents. 3.At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is ready to file an undertaking affidavit in this regard before the concerned Authority. 4.Recording the same, the petitioner is directed to file an undertaking affidavit before the respondent and on receipt of the same, the respondent/contemnor is directed to pass necessary orders, in pursuance to the circular issued by the Director General of Police, within 15 days from the date of receipt of the affidavit. 5.With the above directions, this contempt petition is disposed of. 26.09.2024 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No gns 2/4
