ORDER
The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents to provide suitable alternative employment to the petitioner with pay protection, continuity of service and wages from 05.11.2013 and all other attendant benefits. 2.The learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that during the pendency of the writ petition, the case of the writ petitioner was considered and he was provided with an alternate employment and he had joined in the post and now working with pay protection. Thus, the grievances of the writ petitioner has already been redressed.
