ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to cancel the documents fraudulently registered by the respondents 4 and 5 in favour of the sixth respondent. 2/5
2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, his property has been fraudulently registered in the name of the sixth respondent.
3. It could be seen that all the properties relating to the sixth respondent is under the administration of a committee appointed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court. A learned District Judge has been appointed to consider the claim petitions arising out of the transaction in favour of the PACL. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the said committee or the learned District Judge appointed to consider the claim petition to vindicate his grievances.
4. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
