PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent District Educational Officer to approve 1/4

forthwith the appointment of S.Abinaya as Office Assistant in the petitioner School w.e.f 01.07.2022 with salary and all other consequential benefits.

This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the District Educational Officer, Dindigul/ the third respondent herein to approve the appointment of one S.Abinaya as Office Assistant in the petitioner School w.e.f 01.07.2022.

2.Today(07.12.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for admission, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has circulated a letter that the relief sought for in this writ petition has already been granted and therefore the learned counsel seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. 2/4

3.In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
