(Ms.) No.488 dated 15.11.2021.

ORDER

G.K.ILANTHIRIYAN, J.

This Court by an order dated 04.11.2025 disposed the writ petition directing the respondents to reappraise the case of the convict prisoner for premature release within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and directed the matter to be posted before this Court under the caption 'for reporting compliance'.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the case of the convict prisoner was considered and the same was rejected.

3. In view of the same, no further order is required to be passed in this writ petition.
