ORDER

This Review Application has been filed challenging the order passed by this Court in C.R.P.(MD).No.339 of 2016 dated 10.02.2016. In which, the learned Judge has confirmed the amendment application allowed in I.A.No.759 of 2014 in O.S.No.255 of 2010, on the file of the Sub Court, Pudukkottai.

2. This Court after considering elaborate argument only dismissed the Civil Revision Petition with specific finding in paragraph No.6.

3. In view of the above specific finding, this Court finds no error apparent on the face of the record and also there is no ground to admit this review application. Apart from that, now the suit in O.S.No.255 of 2010, on the file of the Sub Court, Pudukkottai has already been disposed of. Therefore, this Review Application stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
