ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondent police to re investigate the case in Cr No. 3/2018 and collect the documents records and statements of the above witnesses and to file an additional Charge sheet before the case in S.C No. 32/2019 on the file of Additional District Court/Mahila Court, Karu.

2. On the complaint lodged by the petitioner a case has been registered and after investigation, final report was filed before the concerned court and the same has been taken cognizance in S.C.No.32 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 417, 294(b), 376 and 506(ii) of IPC as against the accused persons.

3. The main grievance of the petitioner is that some of the accused persons were left out by the respondent and charge for other offences are also left out.

4. On this ground , further investigation cannot be ordered. Hence the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.16017 of 2019 connected miscellaneous petition is closed. However the petitioner shall let in evidence to that effect before the trial court and during trial if any incriminating materials and other offences were e found against the accused person the petitioner is at liberty to invoke Sections 216 and 319 of Cr.P.C before the trial court during trial and on receipt of such application being filed, the trial court shall consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.
