Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for R1 to R5.

2. The prayer in the writ petition is for restraining the official respondents from interfering with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the sixth respondent. The writ petition was filed way back in the year 2015. If the petitioner had any apprehension about the interference on account of the conduct of the officers who were working in the year 2015, the issue must become infructuous by now. It is seen that the sixth respondent has also approached the jurisdictional civil Court for relief. Nothing survives for further adjudication.
