Heard Mr. R.Rajaraman, Learned Counsel for the Petitioners, Mr. P.Subbaraj, Learned Special Government Pleader for the First to Third and Sixth Respondents and Mr. K.Balasundharam, Learned Counsel for the Fourth and Fifth Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the First to Third Respondents to look into the grievance of the petitioners expressed in the representations dated 07.09.2015 and 25.10.2015 and to rectify the mistake committed by the revenue authorities during the UDR period from 240 subdivision 1,2,3 temple Nilavial Salai, Temple Kulipirai Village, Thirumayam Taluk, Pudhukottai District into 240 Kombadi Alayam, Kulipirai Village, Thirumayam Taluk, Pudhukkottai District. 3.

It is brought to notice that after filing of the Writ Petition, the representations of the petitioners have been disposed by proceedings in Ni.Mu.633506/20213 (T3), dated 25.02.2023 and its copy has been produced and Learned Counsel for the Petitioner acknowledges its receipt. 3/6

In such circumstances, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition, but it would not preclude the Petitioners, if they have any further grievance, from working out their remedies before proper forum in the manner recognized by law.

In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid observations. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs. 27.02.2023 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Sm 4/6
