ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondent police to file final report in crime No. 252 of 2018 to take action against the person.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant the respondent police conducted enquiry in Crime No. 252 of 2018 and closed the complaint as 'Mistake of fact' and RCS notice has been served to the defacto complainant.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However the respondent police is directed to another copy of the RCS notice to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of RCS notice, the petitioner is at liberty to file protest petition before the concerned Court.
