ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that when the matter was came up for hearing on 10.12.2021, wrong information has been made that one Mr.S.Premkumar, learned counsel, has proposed to file intervening petition. But, however, it has been brought to the notice of this Court that Mr.Premkumar, has already filed intervening petition in Crl.OP(MD)No.18306 of 2021.

2. The above said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, is placed on record.
