This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent Police to provide Police protection for life and limb of the petitioner, family members and his property. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submitted that on the complaint preferred by the petitioner, the second respondent police conducted enquiry and closed the same since the issue between the petitioner and the private respondents herein is relating to civil dispute. 3.In view of the above submission, police protection cannot be granted.
