ORDER

The petitioner has submitted an application dated 30.03.2023 to the respondent requesting him to survey his land in Survey No.1/3, 1/4

New Survey No.1/3B, situated at Muthukkadu Revenue Village, Kulathur Taluk, Pudukottai District. Since the said representation has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Mr.G.V.Vairam Santhosh, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondent, on instructions, submits that these type of applications are considered on seniority basis and the petitioner's application would be considered within a reasonable time.

3. Considering the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to conduct survey and complete the process of survey within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
