Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records on the files of the 1st respondent pertaining to its the charge memo in Tha.Pa.No.29/2010, dated 13.05.2010 and the consequential summon issued by the 2nd respondent bearing C.No.04/DSp/DCRB/RM/2018, dated 05.10.2018 and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to grant promotion to the petitioner on par with his immediate juniors within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

The impugned charge memo has culminated in an order of imposition of punishment and a copy of proceedings in Na.Ka.No.gp1/Bk.K.25/2021 dated 21.06.2021, to aforesaid effect, is placed on record. Thus, nothing survives as regards the challenge to the charge memo.
