This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act to condone the delay of 60 days in filing the Review Petition in W.A.(MD) No.665 of 2025 on the file of this Court.

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 60 days in filing the above Review Application.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Considering the submissions and the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Court is of the view that the delay may be condoned on payment of costs.

4. Accordingly, the delay is condoned on payment of costs of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) by the petitioner to the Madurai District Legal Services Authority, District Court Buildings, Madurai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. On payment of costs, the Registry is directed to number the Review Application and post it "for admission", if the same is otherwise in order. If the costs is not paid within a stipulated time, this C.M.P. stands dismissed without any reference to this Court.
