[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] When the matter was taken up for hearing on 20.12.2022, the petitioner / party-in-person was present and at his request, the matter was

directed to be listed on 06.01.2023. On 06.01.2023, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the petitioner was not present. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed on 10.01.2023 under the caption 'for dismissal'. 2.Today also, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, which shows that the petitioner has no interest to argue the matter.

3.In view of the above, we have no other option except to dismiss this petition for non-prosecution. Accordingly, this Review Application stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
