ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction 1/4

to dispose of the I.A.No.2 of 2024 in O.S.No.68 of 2024 pending on the file of the learned District Munsif Court, Melur as expeditiously as possible.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for petitioner. Since the revision is filed for seeking early disposal, no notice is necessary to the respondents.

3. According to the revision petitioner / plaintiff, he has filed the suit in O.S.No.68 of 2024 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Melur for permanent injunction. Pending suit, he has filed an application in I.A.No. 2 of 2024 for grant of interim injunction. However, the said application is prolonged for final disposal and therefore, the present Civil Revision Petition is filed.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner submitted that in the said application, the respondents have not filed any counter and the same has been periodically adjourned without assigning any valid reason.

5. Having been taken into consideration of the material facts and circumstances, this Court is of the view that in the interest of justice, a direction may be issued to the learned District Munsif, Melur to dispose of the said application as expeditiously as possible.

6. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned District Munsif, Melur to dispose of I.A.No.2 of 2024 in O.S.No.68 of 2024 pending on his file within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on merits and in accordance with law. No costs.
