PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the first and second respondent police to give police protection for life and limb of the petitioner, family members and her property on the basis of the representation dated 19.09.2019.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the first and second respondent police to give police protection for life and limb of the petitioner, family members and her property on the basis of the representation dated 19.09.2019

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 19.09.2019, the second respondent conducted enquiry with the petitioner and the third respondent. During enquiry both the parties compromised the issue between themselves. Hence the respondent police closed the complaint.
