(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) The instant writ petition has been filed challenging the advertisement dated 21.09.2013, published in "Dhina Thanthi" daily newspaper and the subsequent advertisement dated 30.11.2013,
published in "Dhina Thanthi" daily newspaper and the brochure annexed to the application and consequently to direct the respondents to provide due 22.5% reservation for Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribes (SC/ST) and other facilities as followed in the previous selections.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submits that nothing survives in this writ petition for consideration, since the dealership was granted for the year 2013-14 and as on date, the dealership is not in existence.
