ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to restore the patta and town survey register in respect of the land situated in Old Survey No. 205/20 Town Survey No.104 stands in the name of the petitioner's father Abraham, son of Easadiyan at Emaneswaram, Paramakudi, Ramanathapuram District to the name of the petitioner.
2. Heard Mr.S.Malaikani, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader, who took notice for the respondents. By consent of both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2/6
3. According to the petitioner, the property originally stood in the name of the petitioner's father and the same was reclassified in the year 1995. Therefore he submit a representation before the first respondent seeking restoration of revenue records in the name of the petitioner. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.
4. Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents, would submit that the reclassification in favour of the temple was made in the year 1995 itself and in any event the representation of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.
5. In view of the above submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.11.2024 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording a reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the concerned temple.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
