2. This petition is filed for removal of encroachment in the survey numbers as detailed in the prayer.
3. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submits that the date for survey is fixed on 02.03.2024. After the survey is conducted and if any encroachment is found in the survey, then steps in accordance with law would be undertaken for removal of encroachment.
