ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed for a direction to the respondent to consider the representation dated 19.05.2014, given by the petitioner and to dispose of the same, within the time fixed by this Court.
2.When the Writ Petition is taken up for admission, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has produced a proceedings dated 11.10.2019 of the District Collector, Ramanathapuram and submitted that if the petitioner makes representation for grant of Central Government Family Pension, along with the certificates required to be enclosed as per the letter of the Home Department, such representation will be considered after the recommendation of the District Collector, Ramanathapuram. The said proceedings has also been marked to the petitioner. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader and also the proceedings dated 11.10.2019, the petitioner is directed to make a representation for grant of Central Government Family Pension along with the certificates mentioned in the above proceedings dated 11.10.2019 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD) No.21339 of 2019 the District Collector, Ramanathapuram, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such representation, the respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks thereafter.
4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
