Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the second respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner dated 23.09.2019. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner dated 23.09.2019.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the on the complaint given by the de-facto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
