ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the respondent.

2.The only request made in the writ petition is that the petition mentioned property should be assessed to property tax. The petitioner has given an application as early as 16.10.2018 in this regard. The respondent shall enquire into the petitioner's application and after hearing all the stakeholders, pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
